This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 14 December 2009).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the terms of the Law on genetically modified organisms, prescribes the content of information necessary for conducting a risk assessment regarding results of the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms suitable for the character of introduced organism and related environment where these where released. The list of technical data and information necessary for the conduction and obtaining of result from above mentioned risk assessment which regards the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms is fully listed in article 2. Article 3 provides for the list of information necessary to conduct the resulting risk assessment of the deliberate release of genetically modified higher plants.
