Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on the performance of geodetic activity, determines the content of data records of professional geodetic work, that shall be kept permanently in the State Geodetic Administration. This data is used by the State Geodetic Administration for the purpose of monitoring and directing geodetic activities and keeping documentation of state surveying and real estate cadaster. Natural and legal persons who have the consent to perform professional geodetic works, and which use the system of the State Geodetic Administration to prepare a geodetic study, shall be entered in the Records automatically. The deadline for entering data in the Records is 30 days from the day of starting the performance of professional geodetic work. The day of commencement of professional geodetic work shall be considered the day when the professional geodetic work in the procedure of the State Geodetic Administration was assigned the classification code of the object.
