Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes the contents and manner of preparation of information and cartographic representations of water monitoring activities that are given in detailed versions as for river water management programmes and plans for basins and sub-basins. Information on water monitoring activities contains data according to the classification of ecological condition of related water bodies, which are being prepared and based on the data obtained from performed water monitoring (including specific values of biological and physico-chemical analysis, water quality elements, classified according to Table 1 which is given in the Annex of this publication).
