Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will officially apply on 1 January 2014.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary contents and correct manner of handling the documentation for the assessment of plant protection products, including the test methods to be observed when officially testing a single plant protection product on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
