This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will officially apply on 30 June 2016.

Abstract

This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary contents and manner of handling/submitting the documentation for the assessment/evaluation of plant protection products, including various plant protection product test methods.
