Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes necessary contents and sets the manner of preparation of the Programme of measures for river basin area (for both surface and ground waters), including related detailed contents of basic and additional measures that are aimed for implementation of such Programme, among the conditions for their application as to achieve designated environmental objectives, as well as measures to be taken if those environmental objectives for a particular water body have not been achieved. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish an integrated approach to preparation of programmes of measures designed to achieve environmental objectives at the level of river basin area.
