This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the detail content and manner of managing the national water information system, including its necessary methodology, and defines its structure; This text further sets the categories and levels of data collection, as well as the content of data about that shall be accessible by public. The Water Information System is here defined as a network-oriented, modular system that enables continuous collection, storage, connection, monitoring, processing, maintenance, presentation and distribution of data in the field of water management.
