Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants, prescribes the detailed content and sets the manner of keeping the Register of varieties of agricultural plants. This specific Register shall contain information on: 1) recognized domestic and foreign varieties of field and vegetable plants and recognized domestic varieties of fruit and grapes/vines; 2) foreign varieties of fruit and vines recognized by the competent authority of a foreign member state of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants - L'Union internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales (UPOV); 3) domesticated varieties of field and vegetable plants, fruit trees and vines; 4) deleted varieties of agricultural plants; 5) temporarily recognized varieties of vegetable plants.
