Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping, storing and maintaining of records in the Waste Register. The Waste Register contains data from annual reports regarding activities dealing with waste (waste management) from legal entities and individuals, data from annual reports made by state and local authorities, and data from annual reports for waste management from landfills, including data on issued permits to legal entities and individuals. This register shall be kept for each year separately in electronic form and related data shall be updated continuously. The entry of data in the Waste Register regarding issued permits shall be performed immediately after the issuance of such waste management permits.
