Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on wine (Republic of Srpska), determines the necessary contents and manner for management of the Viticulture Register and the Wine Register, which contain data as regards the annual production of grapes and wine, stocks of wine and winery. This text sets the application forms for entry into these registers, as well as applications for reporting over harvesting grapes, wine production and stocks of wine and shire. The Viticultural Register is a database on grape producers and vineyard parcels. The Wine Register is a database of producers of must, wine and other grape and wine products, wineries, their wines and other grape and wine products. Both registers shall be kept by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in electronic form.
