Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will officially apply on 1 June 2013.

Abstract

This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary content and administrative forms of the request for examination of non-registered plant protection products (also active substance or basic substance) that is not listed in the List of approved substances for research and development purposes (into the environment).
