Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants, determines the contents and provides for the form of the request for entry of a foreign variety of fruit and vine into the National Register of varieties of agricultural plants. Article 2 lists the necessary information that shall be part of the request. The owner of the variety or his authorized representative shall further submit: 1) proof that the variety has been recognized by the competent authority of the foreign state, member of UPOV (International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants); 2) completed technical questionnaire in accordance with the UPOV descriptor, for all plants in relation to the variety that it belongs.
