Abstract This Regulation determines the content and form of the report on the production and labelling of wine which have an assigned geographical designation. The report on the production and labelling of wine with geographical designation shall contain the description and characteristics of the wine producer; characteristics of the geographical area of production with analysis of soil and climate conditions; characteristics of the assortment and areas under vine plantations; data on grape production technology; data on chemical composition of grapes and must; details on maximum yield per hectare; data on vinification method; parameters of chemical composition of wine; organoleptic characteristics of the wine; details on quantities of protected wine after harvest (and other as listed in article 2).
