This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines and provides for documentation, deadlines and procedure for the announcement of public tenders for lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, including public tenders for lease of aquaculture ponds situated on agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia.
