Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by all legal entities in terms of equipment, devices and facilities for testing plant protection products in relation to their biological efficiency and physico-chemical properties, as for the purpose of placing them on the market. Legal entities that carry out tests on the biological efficiency and physico-chemical properties of plant protection products have to fulfill the conditions laid down in articles 2 and 3 of this text.
