This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

In order to promote a technically secure and environmentally safe stay of the foreign vessels on the territory of the Croatian sea domain, this Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and conditions that will ensure the sustainability of such presence on the Croatian sea.
