Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette" and shall apply from 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions to be met by all facilities, equipment that has to be used, and the professional expertise required for veterinary inspection that is performed at the border passage/crossing (veterinary inspection post at border checkpoint for animals, animal products, or animal by-products that are entering and/or passing through the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and deriving from other countries).
