This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and conditions which must be met by accredited laboratories for conducting the tests on the quality of fertilizers and soil enhancers and other tests, in terms of premises, technical equipment and professional training, the process of authorization and the conditions and manner of determining the reference laboratories as well as control over the work of the laboratory.
