This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribe the conditions, requirements and manner of exercising the right for obtaining the state compensation for the insurance paid by cultivators (premium crops, fruits, perennial plants, seedlings and live animals), as well as the administrative part of provisions and forms.
