Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes the manner of transmission of information from the monitoring of discharged wastewater and provides necessary forms and content of the same with which the data shall be submitted. The purpose of this text is to provide data through the transfer of information from legal entities and individuals in order to present the condition water body that is a recipient of wastewater. Information transfer is a set of activities that record, submit and exchange information based on processed and systematized data from the performed measurements of wastewater quality and quantity and the records of performed measurements kept in indicated forms (see Annex of this publication).
