This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby defines the official entry points and places, general import issues (conditions to be met by shipments of food of non-animal origin, and detailed rules for the fulfillment of the documents that must accompany the consignment), and manner of performance of official controls/veterinary checks, all related to the animal feed of non-animal origin deriving from counties that are not Member States of the European Union (here denominated as third/or foreign countries).
