Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on Agricultural Land, prescribes the necessary conditions to be met by a business company, that is, an enterprise or other legal entity in terms of technical and professional capacities for testing dangerous and harmful substances in agricultural land and irrigation water. An authorized organization meets the requirements for testing dangerous and harmful substances if in accordance with specific requirements and standards that are listed in article 3 of this text.
