This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the conditions, reporting procedures, necessary contents and methods for correct implementation of the official plan for monitoring over possible harmful effects, effective influence and impact of genetically modified organisms or deriving products, if placed on the market (both food and animal feed).
