This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting the support under the provisions of the European Union Priorities such as "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries", here limited to specific measures (I.10.) "Permanent cessation of fishing activities", also part of the framework of the implementation of the Republic of Croatia Operational programme for maritime affairs and fisheries for the programming period 2014-2020.
