This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation here prescribes the conditions and mandatory procedure (also necessary contents of the related request) for exercising and obtaining the right to use the Croatian based land waters for the cultivation of fish and other aquatic organisms, if considered as suitable for commercial cultivation in fish farms, aquaculture farms or farms with other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial cultivation (for both natural and legal persons if owners of such farms or activities).
