This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions which must be met by legal or natural persons for the correct entry intio the Register of the organic production of agricultural products and foodstuffs, the Register importers of organic products, the Register of inspection stations for the inspection of organic production and the Register of accredited laboratories, and also the content, form and manner for keeping the register and how to apply for the entry into the register.
