This text enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 15 January 2016).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on protection and sustainable use of fish stocks, determines the detailed conditions and manner of organizing the fishkeeping service and provides for the record keeping form as regards the daily activities of engaged fishkeeping service. A fish guard is a person who is employed as a fish guard by the user of the fishing area in accordance with the above mentioned Law. The organization of the fishkeeping service is regulated and relevant activities are listed in article 4 of this text. The Annex is also part of this publication (form of keeping records of daily activities).
