Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions, criteria and manner for granting the leasing of state-owned forest land, also for the purpose of establishment of possible construction or easement rights. Forest land can be leased for use for the purpose of: 1) construction of temporary facilities which construction is envisaged by the concession agreement; 2) construction of Global System for Mobile Communications base stations; 3) erection of perennial plantations if they do not disturb the forest functions; 4) game (animal) breeding.
