This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions, criteria and manner for granting the leasing of state-owned forest land, also for the purpose of establishment of possible construction or easement rights. Forest land can be leased for use for the purpose of: 1) construction of temporary facilities which construction is envisaged by the concession agreement; 2) construction of Global System for Mobile Communications base stations; 3) erection of perennial plantations if they do not disturb the forest functions; 4) game (animal) breeding.
