Abstract This Ordinance, as in accordance with the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes the necessary conditions and sets the manner of exercising the right to obtain incentives in animal husbandry as regards the apiculture production, here intended per each beehive. This text further determines the form of the request for exercising these incentives. Exceptionally in 2020, the fulfillment of the prescribed conditions for exercising the right to incentives per beehive is determined on the basis of reported data and conditions in the Central Database on Animal Marking, regardless of whether the beekeeper reports a change in data on the apiary and hives through an authorized marker or regularly reports the situation to the authorized marker, in accordance with a special regulation which regulates the manner of marking bee colonies and registration of beehives.
