This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides the full set of rules, technical standards, information and concessions given in order to build the commercial sea port (harbor) and to use a specific sea territory, part of the marine domain of the Croatian city of Dubrovnik, in order to create a port for nautical tourism.
