Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes provisions governing collection, transport, storage, handling, use and disposal of carcasses of dead and killed animals as the type of animal by-products not intended for human consumption, with a view to determine their safe use and disposal, and prevent posing a risk to human or animal. Carcasses of animals must be disposed from the place of death, killing or collecting within 36 hours, exceptionally within 48 hours
