Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of the collection of data on agricultural market; (2) the way of indicating entrepreneurs obliged to provide this information; (3) the form and deadlines of submitting market data. The scope of data collection includes: quantity of marketing and prices of purchase, sale, marketing, marketplace, wholesale, producers and importers. The scope of the information to be provided and collected depends on the products concerned: beef, veal, pork, cereals, poultry, eggs, mutton, sugar, fodder, milk, fruits, vegetables, flowers, oil plants, hop, tobacco, flax and hemp fiber. The Annex specifies agricultural foodstuffs included in individual markets and detailed scope of market data collected for these foodstuffs.
