This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the unique criteria for determining underground water reserves, including the necessary conditions for its proper classification into categories and classes. This text further sets out the calculation methods, mode of data recording, and defines the contents of studies on effective groundwater reserves (here intended for potable, mineral and thermal waters).
