This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the trading ban on imports on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia of live animals, products and by-products of animal origin, if originating from the East Flanders region, territory of the Kingdom of Belgium. This ban is established in order to protect the territory from the possible entry of the Newcastle disease virus.
