Entry into force notes: This Regulation entered into force on 26 April 2006.

Abstract: This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, lays down the rules governing feed hygiene, conditions and arrangements ensuring traceability of feed as well as conditions and arrangements for registration and approval of establishments of feed business operators. This Regulation applies to all stages of production, processing, storage, transport and distribution of feed, other than the primary production of feed.
