Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 20 articles and eight Annexes, lays down requirements concerning seed of agricultural plants and vegetables, and in particular: (1) detailed deadlines for submitting applications for field evaluation of seed of individual types of agricultural plants and vegetables; (2) number of propagations of seed, including description of individual categories; (3) deatiled requirements for production of seed material; (4) detailed requirements for the quality of seed of individual types of plants; (5) permissible amount of seed in the market; (6) method of labeling seed lots in the territory of the Polish Republic; (7) the list of agricultural plant species, seed of which can considered as the seed of the commercial category, and quality requirements for this material; (8) the form of authorization for marketing of seed.
