Abstract This Regulation determines the necessary contents and manner for inland commercial fisheries catch data reporting. This text provides for related reporting forms and indicates the terms as regards the: 1) records of daily catch of commercial fishermen that shall be submitted to the user of the fishing area collectively by fish species, on the first working day of the next month (monthly report); 2) annual report on the catch of a commercial fisherman that shall be structured and divided by different fish species and that shall be submitted to the user of interested fishing area at the end of the year (by 31 December of that year).
