Abstract This Regulation determines the amount of costs for performing organoleptic evaluations of the wine which are performed in order to obtain the necessary market authorization for such wine. These costs are determined on the basis of effective expenses and compensation for the work of members of the commission, transportation and procurement of appropriate food products necessary for implementation of the organoleptic assessment.
