Abstract

This Regulation determines the amount of the compensation fee that shall be paid by all persons that use non-metallic raw materials for obtaining construction materials on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and here relevant for related construction materials obtained in 2018. Non-metallic mineral raw materials for the production of construction materials within the meaning of this Regulation are: 1) technical-building stone-sedimentary and metamorphic rocks: limestone, dolomite, dolomitized limestone, marbled limestone, marbled dolomite, marble; 2) technical-building stone-igneous rocks: granite, granodiorite, trachyte, dacite, andesite, andesite - basalt, basalt, diabase, amphibolite, gabbro; 3) architectural-building stone: granite, granodiorite, basalt, marble, limestone breccia, marble breccia, travertine, bigar - whitefish, marble onyx, limestone; 4) clays and raw materials for the brick and ceramic industry: ceramic clay, brick clay, wood, refractory clay, kaolinized granite, feldspar; 5) raw materials for the cement industry and the lime industry: marl, marly limestone, limestone, gypsum, all types of tuffs; 6) calcium-carbonate raw material as a filler for the paint and varnish industry, facade thermal insulation materials and in other industries: marble, calcite, dolomite, dolomitized limestone, marbled limestone, limestone; 7) quartz sand and sandstone, construction sand and gravel; 8) raw materials for refractory and other industries: magnesite and bentonite clay.
