Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary technical requirements that must be met by fishing stations. Fishing stations or points should have: space for receiving fish, space for maintaining fish, sales space, storage space for fishing tools and equipment and rooms for accommodation of fishermen. Fishing points should be clearly marked and fenced. The space for keeping fish is a closed space with dimensions depending on the quantity of fish by species and kilograms. The space for keeping fish should meet the conditions established in the regulations for food safety.
