Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes established by the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, determines the necessary technical requirements (basic parameters and minimum quality requirements) regarding the quality that must be met by fresh or semi-processed fruit that is stored in a public warehouse on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The fruits object of this text are as follows: raspberry (Rubus idaeus), blackberry (Rubus caesius) and cherry (Prunus cerasus ). This text further sets the classification in relation to the quality of certain fruit variety and its state (fresh, semi-processed, frozen), and rules related to the correct preservation of quality of these fruit varieties when stored in refrigerators (Section 3, article 21).
