Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, determines different technical requirements for several types of waste which, in accordance with the guidelines of the European Union, cease to be waste (paper, glass, rubber, textiles, aggregate and metal) and other special criteria for determining the cessation of waste status.
