Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011, except for the provisions contained in articles 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 paragraph 1 line 3 and 4 and article 9 which shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation sets technical standards and necessary rules part of the environmental protection measures which should ensure the reduction of air pollution from emissions of volatile organic compounds that normally occur during the filling of motor vehicles with petrol at petrol stations or similar activities and locations.
