Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry is composed of the following Sections. General provisions (sect. 1); Hydro-technical buildings classification (sect. 2); Stability assessment of hydro-technical buildings (sect. 3); States and flow of water (sect. 4); Safe building of hydro-technical structures over the water level (sect. 5); Hydro-technical structures for water collection and supply (sect. 6); Communication and rooms of hydro-technical buildings (sect. 7); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 8). The Regulation applies to building, reconstruction and development of building objects of water management.
