Employers shall observe sanitary guidelines when purchasing poison, prepare appropriate warehouses according to type and amount of poison, provide necessary protective equipment and provide required training courses for workers. The workers shall follow all technical and sanitary instructions, as well as observe safety guidelines according to the training. The Regulation consists of 33 articles, subdivided in 4 Chapters as follows: Objectives (I); Definitions (II); Employers’ Obligations (III); Obligations of the Agricultural Worker as a Sprayer (IV).
