This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to determine the presence of quarantine plant pest called Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte, prescribes the rules for holders of plants that are obliged to inspect the parcels of planted corn and if they suspect the presence of such pests, they have to inform the Federal Ministry of Agriculture (state authority in charge of plant protection) and the nearest company or other legal entity that has a professional service for plant protection needs.
