Abstract This Regulation, in order to provide the necessary measures (also in administrative terms, terms of sampling, analysis and laboratory tests) aimed to prevent the spread and also for the eradication of the bacterial blight of fruit trees called Erwinia amylovora, hereby stipulates the rules to be respected by plant holders and other bodies involved in the inspection/monitoring duties.
