Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), prescribes necessary issues regarding the taking of falconry exams, sets rules on place and manner of hunting with birds of prey (falconry) and determines the conditions that must be met by all registered falconry entities (natural person-falconer or a falconers' association registered in the Register of Falconers of the competent Ministry). Article 3 sets the contents of falconry exams. As part of the tourist offer, the registered entity can organize an introduction to interested persons regarding the basics of falconry and all aspects of the life of falcon birds.
