Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of eight Paragraphs, establishes the method, place, time and conditions of taking and storage of food samples by collective feeding institutes of the closed type. The Manager of such institute designates a person responsible for taking and storaging samples of all dishes. The samples are taken just before serving meals so that the sample contains all components. The amount of each sample should be enough for laboratory examinations. The samples are taken with clean, scalded or boiled metal instruments. The samples are stored in dedicated disposable packages or other clean, scalded or boiled glass, porcelain or enamel dishes.
