The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes way of supervision of veterinary products marketing by veterinarians, and in particular: (1) way and types of control; (2) methods of sampling; (3) way of controlling receiving and distributing products and conditions of their transportation; (4) form (specified in the Annex) and way of keeping the register of controls.
